REFUND POLICY

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please follow the below  steps 

  • Report the incident within 2 days from the delivery date by sending an email to pns.millets.store@gmail.com or via message / whatsapp on +91 8088720531. Your message should include:
  1. Order Number
  2. Image of the damaged product
  • If your order contains multiple items, only the affected item will be eligible for a refund/replacement.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 8-10 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

 

Wrong Products / Missing Products

If you receive missing or wrong products   please follow these steps:

  • Report the incident within 2 days from the delivery date by sending an email to pns.millets.store@gmail.com or via message / whatsapp on +91 8088720531. Your message should include:
  1. Order Number
  2. Image of unopened pack / pouch / sealed item .
  3.  Image of the outer package
  •  In the case of a wrong item delivered, we will arrange for pick-up from your address, and the correct product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.
  • In-case of missing product , the product will be delivered to your place in 2 to 4 days

 

Quality Issues

If you encounter quality issues (improperly sealed/expired products), please follow these steps:

  • Report the incident within 2 days from the delivery date by sending an email to pns.millets.store@gmail.com or via message / whatsapp on +91 8088720531. Your message should include:
  1. Order Number
  2. Date of packaging/ date of manufacture
  3. Clear images or video of the product showing the issue

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Right product will be delivered in 2 to 4 days once we receive the defect product.
